Information, purposes and legal bases
We process the name, email address, optional phone number, service selection and message you provide to respond and take steps towards a possible cleaning contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Responding to general enquiries and protecting the service rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)). Do not include health information, identity numbers, door codes or other sensitive information. We do not use enquiry details for direct marketing.
Recipients and security
Enquiries are emailed to anastasija@siivousbya.fi. Hosting and email providers process data to deliver these services. This website is prepared for Miss Hosting web hosting. HTTPS protects data in transit. Enquiries are not stored in a website database. The hosting server may record technical details such as IP addresses in access logs. Abuse protection uses a daily rotating identifier derived from your IP address and timestamps. Records older than 24 hours are removed on a subsequent submission. Message contents are not written to these files.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to handle the matter, a resulting contract or legal claims. Unnecessary enquiries are deleted. Contract, invoice and accounting records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Provider logs and backups follow the configured service retention settings.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact anastasija@siivousbya.fi; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to Finland’s Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Required form fields are needed to respond; you may call instead.
Cookies
There is no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Images and fonts are served from this website. Connecting the contact form sets the essential cleaning_contact session cookie (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict), used to prevent forged submissions and abuse. It contains a random session identifier, lasts for the browser session, and applies to /. Blocking it may prevent form submission; email and phone remain available. Separate consent is not requested for this essential cookie. The website does not use localStorage.
